Everything here describes a business process outsourcing project that Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd intends to place with one BPO service provider per city. It is an invitation to apply and to negotiate. It is not a binding offer, and applying creates no contract, no allocation and no obligation on either side. A working relationship begins only when a Master Services Agreement, a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement have been executed. Where anything here differs from those documents, they govern without exception.

The figures

Rates, slabs, premiums, bounties, investment figures and timelines are current at the revision date and subject to change until written into a signed agreement. Akontec may withdraw or vary the allocation, the rate card or the seat count at any time before signing.

Earning projections, the cost model and the volume assumptions are illustrative. They rest on stated assumptions about hiring cost, facility cost, overhead, contact volume and achieved service levels, all of which vary by city and by month. They are not a forecast of your results, not a guarantee of income, and not a representation that any outcome will be achieved. Model the project against your own costs and take your own professional advice before committing capital.

Nothing here is legal, financial, taxation or investment advice. Descriptions of the Akon One platform and its apps are operating background explaining a scope of work. The desk described provides user support only, and a strict advisory boundary applies inside the regulated apps.

Exclusivity, IP and liability

References to exclusive city allocation describe the intended arrangement and take effect only through the executed agreement; until then no city is reserved. The Akontec and Akon One names and marks, and the material on this site, are the property of Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd — you may read, download and print these pages to evaluate the project but not republish them or present the process design or rate structure as your own. To the extent permitted by law Akontec accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site before an agreement is executed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai have jurisdiction, and disputes arising out of an executed agreement are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
