Who we are

What we collect and why
Only what you give us through the application form: company and entity type, contact name and role, work email, mobile, city, seat capacity, roster capability, chat share, years in operation, languages and any notes. We also record the submission time and IP address for security. We use it to assess fit, to contact you about that assessment, to maintain the city allocation map, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations if an agreement follows.
No advertising or analytics cookies are set and no trackers run. The only external request the pages make is to Google Fonts.
Who sees it
The Akontec allocation desk, and the process owner if an application progresses. No application data is shared with any other BPO service provider at any point.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not progress are kept for 24 months and then deleted, so we can tell you if the allocation reopens in your city. Applications leading to an agreement are kept for the term plus seven years.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your application early
- Withdraw consent to be contacted at any time

Akon One user data
Nothing on this website collects or processes data belonging to users of the Akon One platform. That data is governed by the Akon One privacy policy at akontec.in and, for the appointed partner, by a data processing agreement executed before go-live.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the effective date above. This version is effective September 2026.
