Every rupee here moves from Akontec to your registered account against a monthly invoice. The only money going the other way is the one-time project fee.

What counts as a billable seat.
Four conditions together. This one definition decides most of every invoice.
- Certified. Current Akon One certificate; lapses at six months without a refresher.
- Staffed. A named, background-verified agent assigned for the cycle.
- Logged. 90%+ of rostered hours. 60–90% bills pro rata; under 60% does not bill.
- Inside the allocation. Extra seats bill only after written scale approval.
Three shifts on one seat is one billable seat — the productivity gain is yours. Refresher training counts as logged hours.
One invoice, two settlement dates.
The fixed leg lands mid-month, ahead of your own payroll run.

Undisputed lines always pay on time. Interest at 1% a month beyond ten days late.
What the rate does over the term.
Flat for 12 months
Then reviewed once against the consumer price index and adjusted by the lower of that or 6% — upward only.
Slabs fixed for 18 months
Akontec may raise slab and bounty values without amendment. They cannot be reduced without your written agreement.
Scope growth is priced
A new workstream or a raised target is a change request with a rate consequence agreed before it takes effect.
All rates exclusive of GST. TDS at the applicable rate. A 5% quality retention is held from each fixed payment and released quarterly — about ₹1.02 lakh on a twenty-seat desk.
